I was trying to build a timeline, an archive. partly because I suspect most people take it for granted that the internet will save everything and I don’t believe that, but mostly for my own curiousity, I’m curious how long it takes his crazy-pants talk to turn into official action.
but I can’t. it’s soul-crushing how far we’ve sunk as a country. how many people not only believe in him, but are actively helping him. even if it’s his transient-cabinet and creepy family, it’s hundreds who are right there with him feeding into his delusions. and it’s like a horror movie, like the one where you finally find out it’s a family of serial killers all working together? and you’re like “wasn’t one of you sane enough to stop all this?” no. no they’re not. soul-crushing.
