This weekend was really really busy. Friday night was the regular game night with friends, then saturday I went with another friend to the next city over and went to Costco, Aldi, Harbor Freight, and out for steak.
Then Sunday was Rifle day, sun was shining and it was reasonably warm, and I shot well! I’m apparently more consistent, there’re better shooters than me but they’re less consistent so often it averages out to better scores for me!
Then it was home to get cooking and food prep. My vacuum sealer broke, suddenly wouldn’t suck the air out of things.
BUT! I bought one from someone on FB Marketplace. It’s actually way nicer than my old one, has a bunch of other settings and features. So, it sucks! And that’s a bonus.
And then I stopped at Kwik trip and filled my gas tank and washed the car and picked up bananas and lottery tickets. Bananas and hope! Hope for a brighter future, things are looking pretty dark right now. I knew the orange menace and his boyfriend were going to affect my employer. Just didn’t know exactly how or when. But…it’s begun.
